ZL9HR in full operation very good signal on twenty cw and twenty phone. It was also reported that this station was operating 40 cw but at my location they were buried in a digital signal. Bad choice of 40 meter frequencies. We do need this one on 40 and not 20 so we will continue to our search.
PJ5J this is a Japanese expedition, or may be it is a luxury cruise, we are not sure of this one. It does count as St. Eustatius Island and that is a separate entity. However, they were spotted on 40 phone last night at 7.128 around 0800z. They were on about five minutes, the operator then announced they were going to work CW.
Long wait, then showed up on 7.008 called CQ Asia a few times and then vanished.. According to their web site this operation will be about two weeks, we shall see how things go in the next few days.
