Good afternoon fellow dxers.
Good old Ma Bell was working on my phone lines and internet for four hours this morning. I lost everything yesterday afternoon and was considering another service. This problem has been going on for over six months. I was assured today that it was fixed for good since lines were found to be corroded and the offender was switched out. So, we shall see what happens the next time it rains in large amounts?
Meanwhile, while I do have the internet going again, let's see what is on the bands?
3D2KM 21.005 up 1142Z pretty good signal, this one indicates Fiji.
7Q7VW 14.185 1430Z lots of activity from this one in the last two weeks.
A4IKC 21.305 1425Z.
YB0DJ nice signal when heard. 28.505 1730Z.
ZS3Y 28.443 1750Z.
Plus six meters showed some promise, a few stations in the North east 1, 2 areas of the country. Nice signals, but activity was sparse, lasted for about an hour and folded. No DX stations.
