7X4AN active again 7.156 0530Z Med indicates he does qsl and via his qsl address in the past that was an address in Spain. Well, it might take a while, you may receive a card and well, you may not. It took me a couple of years for any response and three tries. At the time I needed 7X confirmed on 40. Take your chances with this one, I finally succeeded in receiving a qsl card.
