DX Report 5/17/13
« on: May 17, 2013, 08:59:42 PM »
Continued poor conditions and only a few dx stations making it these days. One interesting station turned up on twenty meters and that was YI1RZ QRZ.com shows this one as listed as legit. Qsl chores got to an Italian station, or via LOTW, or EQSL. I would not suggest using the mailing address listed for direct mail to Iraq.

Station was spotted once and for a very limited time..

TZ6BBB is making it in the states, but a huge pile up on twenty meters, 14,161 using simplex. The pile up got out of hand real quickly, take your chances with this one since the operation is limited, Nice catch if you can find them. Check DXscape for all listings.

Only other mention good signal from ZL1BVB in the early morning hours on 40 meters, around 7.005 khz about 1000Z. Same time for A35JP this one has varied in frequency, sometimes 7.005 and other times around 7.003 khz Good signal, but slow cw and long periods of time to return to callers.
