DX Report 2/16/18

Looks like the propagation Gods smiled upon me just for a short time, enough to grab Z60A on 15 SSB I had noticed they were on for a short window, but workable We grabbed this one on 21.295 up ten at 14;45Z. Only band I would still like to work them on is 40, be patient.
