Since we are having a period of very poor band conditions  I will post the DX Bulletin instead for today and hopefully things will improve in the next few days.

This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
7Z1ES, PA3DFR, VE3AYR, QRZ DX, the OPDX Bulletin, 425 DX News, The
Daily DX, DXNL, Contest Corral from QST and the ARRL Contest
Calendar and WA7BNM web sites.  Thanks to all.

ROTUMA, 3D2.  Tony, 3D2AG is QRV as 3D2AG/p until April 28.
Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY, JT65 and FSK441.
QSL via operator's instructions.

Hopefully, for those needing Rotuma the Propagation Gods will smile upon you.

TIMOR-LESTE, 4W.  Bimbo, YB3MM and Hen, YB3LZ will be QRV as
4W/YB3MM and 4W/YB3LZ, respectively, from Dili from April 3 to 5.
Activity will be holiday style on the HF bands using mostly JT65 and
possibly other modes as well.  QSL via operators' instructions.
EASTER ISLAND, CE0.  Eliot, W1MJ will be QRV as CE0Y/W1MJ from April
2 to 4.  Activity will be holiday style on 40, 30, 20 and 15 meters
using CW with QRP power.  This may include him using PSK31 as well.
QSL to home call.

Good luck on this one, you will note this is a holiday style operation, I do not put much faith in large amounts of operating.

URUGUAY, CX.    Members of Radiogrupo Sur are QRV as CV5A from
Flores Island, IOTA SA-030, until April 2.  Activity is on the HF
bands.  QSL via CX2ABC.
         
PHILIPPINES, DU.  Marc, ON5SM will be QRV as DU9/ON5SM from
Mindanao, IOTA OC-130, from April 4 to May 24.  Activity will be on
80 to 6 meters using SSB, SSTV and various digital modes.  QSL to
home call.

LIECHTENSTEIN, HB0.  Operators PE1FLO, PA2HGJ, PA3HK, PA3CNO,
PE0MGB, PA2RDK AND PA3DFR will be QRV as HB0/home calls from April 1
to 8.  Activity will be on 160 to 10 meters, including 60 meters,
using mainly CW with some SSB and digital modes.  QSL via PE1FLO.

Be an easy one if the bands cooperate.

SAUDI ARABIA, HZ.  Ed, NI6S will be QRV as 7Z1ES from Riyadh from
April 2017 to February 2019.  QSL via IZ8CLM.

This one does sound encouraging.

DJIBOUTI, J2.  Dane, S53T is licensed as J28ND while on work
assignment.  His license is valid until 2019.  Activity is in his
spare time on the HF bands and 6 meters using SSB and RTTY.  QSL via
S57DX. A spare time operation, keep your ears open for this one.

ST. LUCIA, J6.  Will, K9HZ will be QRV as J68HZ from April 1 to 8.
Activity will be on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL
direct to home call.

GUAM, KH2.  Santos, EA4AK and Tony, EA5BY are QRV as AH2P and KH2BY,
respectively, until April 10.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters,
including 60 meters, using CW, SSB and various digital modes.  They
may focus on the low bands.  QSL to home call.

WAKE ISLAND, KH9.  Randy, WW6RG plans to be QRV as WW6RG/KH9
beginning March 31 while on work assignment.  Activity may be on 40
and 20 meters using SSB and QRP power.  QSL to home call.

QRP with poor bands, well good luck on this one.

CZECH REPUBLIC, OK.  Special event station OL75SILVERA is QRV until
April 14 to commemorate Operation Silver A, a British/Czechoslovak
military operation that took place in 1942.  QSL via OK1MOW.

PAPUA NEW GUINEA, P2.  Haru, JA1XGI will be QRV as P29VXG from
Rapopo, New Britain Island, IOTA OC-008, from April 6 to 12.
Activity will be on 40, 20, 15 and 10 meters using CW, SSB and
various digital modes.  QSL direct to home call.

ST. MAARTEN, PJ7.  Jeff, VA3QSL will be QRV as PJ7/VA3QSL from April
2 to 8.  Activity will be holiday style on 40 to 6 meters using CW,
SSB and various digital modes.  QSL to home call.

ANTARCTICA.  Alex, UA1OJL will be QRV as RI1ANO from Bellingshausen
Base, King George Island, IOTA AN-010, from April 2017 to March
2018.  He will be active is his spare time on the HF bands using CW,
SSB and various digital modes.  QSL via RN1ON.

MARSHALL ISLANDS, V7.  Randy, WW6RG, plans to be QRV as V73/WW6RG
from Kwajalein Atoll, IOTA OC-029, from April 4 to 6.  Activity may
be on 20 meters using SSB and QRP power.  QSL to home call.

CANADA, VE.  Members of the Vimy Commemorative Station Society will
be QRV as VE100VIMY/nn from April 1 to 9 to commemorate the Battle
of Vimy Ridge at Vimy France in 1917.  Activity will take place from
each of Canada's 13 call areas.  Activity will be around the clock.
QSL via N7RO.

CHAGOS ISLAND, VQ9.  Jeremy, N1ZZZ will be QRV as VQ9ZZ and as
VQ9ZZ/mm from Diego Garcia Island, IOTA AF-006, from April to June.
Activity will be on 20 and 17 meters using SSB and various digital
modes.  QSL direct to home call.

Last operation did not net much, hopefully this one will provide some contacts for those in need.

VANUATU, YJ.  Chung, VA7YM will be QRV as YJ0YM from Port Vila,
Efate Island, IOTA OC-035, from April 6 to 17.  Activity will be on
80 to 6 meters using SSB, RTTY and PSK31.  QSL via EA5GL.

This one might show some activity, I would not hold your breath for any six meter contacts.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  North American SSB Sprint Contest, QRP
80-Meter CW Fox Hunt, NCCC RTTY Sprint, NCCC CW Sprint, 15-Meter
SSTV Dash Contest, LZ Open 40-Meter Sprint CW Contest, PODXS 070
Club 20-meter PSK 31 Flavors Contest, Mississippi QSO Party,
Missouri QSO Party, Florida State Parks on the Air, SP DX Contest,
EA RTTY Contest and the RSGB RoLo 80-Meter SSB are all on tap for
this upcoming weekend.

The IQRP Quarterly Marathon runs from April 3 to 9.

The RSGB 80-meter Club CW Championship is scheduled for April 3.

The ARS Spartan CW Sprint is scheduled for April 4.

The CWops Mini-CWT CW Test, UKEICC 80-Meter SSB Contest and Phone
Fray are all scheduled for April 5.
