Miserable band conditions, nothing much on any band, any direction.

EP2A 14.190 1350Z Pattern appears to be work a few stations then vanish, operation is off more then on, if you are there at the right time, you may get a contact.
TK9C 21.020 1410Z operation is from Corsica off and on operation, off more then on.
VK9NU 18.149 0350Z last two operations from VK9 left much to be desired. This one appears to be the same, little operating off more then on operation.
CE0Y this one is on Easter Island, very erratic in time on the air. 21.303 2250Z,
