3W3MD station does not stay long for many contacts, what I have are the following times and frequencies. 10.108 1145Z,14.030 1020Z, 18075 0114Z, 21.295 0100Z. scattered contacts so far.
5T0JL good one 28.025 0110Z.
9M6XRO 28.031 2315Z.
Latest info on P5/3z9DX operation is that he was approved for operation in February of 2016, there are restrictions, no CW, or digital modes, only 20 meter SSB, that is it. Other restrictions will be power and antennas, so I do not believe there will be much opportunity to work this one. Personally, the only successful operation in my opinion would be a two week, multi op, multi band 24/7 effort, even then it might only put a light dent in the number of stations needing this one.
One good pieces of news, the Japanese would be out of the skip zone on 20, so this would eliminate for the most part a long list of JA stations calling. However, from my area, the 5th, 6th, 7th, and zero wall would be almost impossible to penetrate.
Hopefully, some form of order like taking numbers and Prefixes, or dare we suggest it a list operation? A one man operation in the rarest entity in the world, well good luck and be prepared for monster sized pile ups.
