9M2/R6AF 21.018 0100Z hopefully the proper documentation will be provided, if it is not well with DXCC it does not count unless it is. We shall see what happens in the future with this one.
Another station from Pakistan has surfaced AP2NK I do not that AP2TN does qsl via his manager in Germany. Take your choice on this and hope for the best.
EP3HF well this is a lost cause, op claims he does not have a qsl manager, yet he was offered several outlets in the states and refused them all. Direct mail is a lost cause, save your money. Station was heard on ten meters and does call for North America, work him, but as far as a confirmation it will not happen unless the op does get a qsl manager. Let's see what happens with this one?
