Contest over the weekend ssb WPX contest, those unusual prefixes abound this weekend, if you are a prefix hunter go for it. I am presently waiting for my WPX certificate. CQ tells me they have a back log and each applicant receives a certificate done by an artist.
Well, it has been months since I applied, all was in order and my awards chairmen sent in the paper work. He tells me that it takes a while, but it has been several months and no certificate. Oh well, it will look nice if it ever arrives, if not, working on other award projects like more band countries on ten and 15. Ok, back to regular reporting when the contest is over, have fun work some new ones...
