This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
K5JP, NC1L, QRZ DX, the OPDX Bulletin, 425 DX News, The Daily DX,
DXNL, Contest Corral from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and
WA7BNM web sites.  Thanks to all.

NEPAL, 9N.  Pekka, OH2YY is QRV as 9N2YY until October 5.  Activity
is during his free time during the evening and night hours on 17, 15
and 12 meters.  QSL to home call.  In addition, Fred, DL8BF is QRV
as 9N7BF until October 12.  Activity is on 40, 20, 15 and 10 meters
using QRP power.  QSL to home call.
   
BHUTAN, A5.  After his Nepal activity, Pekka, OH2YY will be QRV as
A52YY from October 6 to 10.  Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters.
QSL to home call.

PHILIPPINES, DU.  Al, DU1KA is now QRV from Luzon, IOTA OC-042.
Activity is generally between 2200 to 0200z, and 0800 to 1200z, on
20 to 6 meters using mainly CW.  He will soon be active on 80, 40
and 30 meters.  QSL via NR6M.

MAYOTTE, FH.  A large group of operators are QRV as TO2TT until
October 17.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY
with four stations active.  QSL direct via I2YSB.

AUSTRAL ISLANDS. FO.  Grant, KZ1W and Rob, N7QT are QRV as TX5D from
Raivavae, IOTA OC-114, until October 14.  Activity is on 80 to 10
meters using CW, SSB, RTTY and PSK.  QSL via N7QT.

WALLIS AND FUTUNA ISLANDS, FW.  Jean-Jacques, TK5JJ is QRV as FW5JJ
from Wallis, IOTA OC-054, for the next two years.  Activity is on
the HF bands using CW, SSB and digital modes, with EME on 6 and 2
meters.  QSL via F5RXL.

GUERNSEY, GU.  A group of operators are QRV as GP0PKT from Herm
Island, IOTA EU-114, until October 8.  Activity is on 80 to 10
meters using SSB and digital modes with three stations.  QSL via
G6NHU.

SOLOMON ISLANDS, H4.  Bernard, DL2GAC and Hermann, DL2NUD are QRV as
H44MS and H44HP, respectively, from Honiara until November 26.
Activity is on the HF bands with EME as well.  QSL to home calls.

ST. VINCENT, J8.  Fred, DH5FS will be QRV as J8/DH5FS from Union
Island, IOTA NA-025, until October 10.  He will be active on the HF
bands using mostly CW.  QSL via DM5JBN.

CURACAO, PJ2.  Jeff, K5JP, James, NT5V, and Lanny, W5BOS will be QRV
as PJ2/home calls from October 8 to 15.  Activity will be on the HF
bands with an emphasis on the newer bands.  QSL to home calls.

UKRAINE, UR.  A group of operators are QRV using special event call
EN50N until October 30 to commemorate 50 years of the Vinnitsa TV
tower, one of the tallest structures in Europe.  Activity is on all
bands and modes.  QSL via operators' instructions.
   
CANADA, VE.  Robert, VE3RHE will be QRV as VX31763 in celebration of
the 250th anniversary of the Royal Proclamation of King George III
from October 6 to November 5.  Activity will be on 40, 20, 15 and 10
meters.  QSL to home call.

MEXICO, XE.  Special event station XE3FMRE is QRV until October 7
during the national Mexican ham radio convention in Cancun.
Activity is on 80 to 6 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY, PSK31 and
possibly WSJT.  QSL via XE3RCC.
   
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The Oceania DX Phone Contest, NCCC
Sprint, YLRL DX/NA YL Anniversary Contest, 15-Meter SSTV Dash
Contest, TARA PSK Rumble Contest, EPC Russia DX BPSK63 Contest, GTC
CW Cup, TRC DX Contest, WAB HF Phone Contest, EU Autumn SSB Sprint,
California QSO Party, International Hell-Contest, UBA ON SSB Contest
and RSGB 21/28 MHz Contest will certainly keep contesters busy this
upcoming weekend.  The ARS Spartan CW Sprint is scheduled for
October 8.  The NAQCC Straight Key/Bug CW Sprint, CWops Mini-CWT CW
Test, 432 MHz Fall Sprint and RSGB 80-Meter Club CW Sprint are all
scheduled for October 9.  Please see October QST, page 89, and the
