The bands have not recovered as much as we had hoped, but there are a couple of notable operations.
9G5X is now in operation we noted this station on 40 CW 7.010 0530Z good signal, but not saying what areas they were listening, as a result you had plenty of U.S. stations calling, but so was Europe. There was a huge pile of stations calling, what few U.S stations were worked centered mostly on the West Coast. Hopefully, some ten meter action will take place, but that may be wishful thinking. We do hope this operation will work several bands, so far we have seen 40/30, but time will tell.
H40FN 18.070 0050Z good signal when they operate, and there in lies the key, mostly in the early mornings for U.S. stations and so far we have heard them on 40 with a pretty good signal and 17 as well. On 40 they are operating 40 phone around 7.147 give or take a few and around 0500Z
Beyond these two nothing much else and of course nothing heard, spotted, on any band I report from 8Q7LH, looks like another write off for this one. Not surprising.
