DX Report 3/7/17
« on: March 07, 2017, 04:16:13 AM »
We are still seeing high magnetic activity and the bands are suffering badly. Twenty meters remained pretty dead most of the day and 15/10 produced only band noise.

We did see meager activity from XT2SE, it was one contact and using RTTY that was it. The recent 8Q7LH expedition has yet to produce any type of signal in the states, yet seems to work Europe very well, this is evident on their logs. So, here we go again with attempts to operate from the Maldives.

We shall see what happens in the next few days, but as I have stated "Do not hold your breath" so we just wait until the magnetic disturbance goes away. Nothing much this morning to report due to the terrible conditions, most stations on were reported several times in previous reports. Ok, let's keep our hopes up and maybe things will change in a few days?
