FY5KE this one is on quite a lot, info on QRZ routes you to some radio club in France, 28.030 1630Z Personally, it might be a long time before any response is noted. Take your chances with this one, normally Radio Club routes get bogged down with request and the results could be a long wait. Take your chances.
