This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
WB0TEV, QRZ DX, the OPDX Bulletin, 425 DX News, The Daily DX, DXNL,
Contest Corral from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM web
sites.  Thanks to all.

MAURITIUS, 3B8.  Elvio, IW1GIO is QRV as 3B8/IW1GIO.  There are
currently no details available on his activity here, and his length
of stay is unknown.  QSL to home call.

AZERBAIJAN, 4J.  Special call signs 4JK3K and 4KK3K are QRV during a
DXpedition in the Nagorno-Karabakh region.  Activity to date has
been on 40, 20 and 17 meters using CW and RTTY.  QSL via 4J3DJ.

CUBA, CO.  Station T48D is QRV until September 30 to commemorate the
35th anniversary of the Grupo DX de Cuba.  Activity is on 80 to 10
meters using CW, SSB and various digital modes.  QSL via EA7TV.

MADEIRA ISLANDS, CT3.  Operators DG7JB, DJ2YA, DJ6QT, DL6TK, DJ7JC,
DK1QH and DK4QTA will be QRV as CT9/home calls from Santana, IOTA
AF-014.  This includes being QRV as CR3L in the CQ World Wide RTTY
DX contest as a Multi/Multi entry.

PHILIPPINES, DU.  Operators Jim, DU3JH and Larry, DU3LA will be QRV
as DX3R from Subic Bay in the CQ World Wide RTTY DX contest.  They
are also active before and after the contest with their regular
calls.  QSL via operators' instructions.

NORTH COOK ISLANDS, E5.  Rob, N7QT, Melanie, N7BX, and Grant, KZ1W
will be QRV as E51MQT, E51MBX and E51MKW, respectively, from
Manihiki Atoll, IOTA OC-014, from September 29 to October 27.
Activity will be on 160 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL
via N7BX.

CANARY ISLANDS, EA8.  Members of the Grupo DX Teide will be QRV as
EH8FPC from the Peurto de la Cruz Lighthouse, ARLHS CAI-020, on
Tenerife Island, IOTA AF-004, from September 25 to 27.  Activity
will be on the HF, VHF and UHF bands using SSB and various digital
modes with several stations active.  QSL via operators'
instructions.

CHESTERFIELD ISLAND, FK.  Look for a group of operators to be QRV as
TX3X from October 1 to 12.  Activity will be on 160 to 6 meters
using CW, SSB and RTTY with at least six stations active.  QSL via
operators' instructions.

REUNION ISLAND, FR.  Gil, TU5KG is QRV as FR/TU5KG.  Of late, he has
been active on 10 meters using SSB.  His length of stay is unknown.
QSL via F4DXW.

LIECHTENSTEIN, HB0.  Fred, DL5YM and Tina, DL5YL are QRV as HB0/home
calls from Masescha until October 9 while on holiday.  Activity is
on the HF bands using CW and RTTY.  They will be active as HB0/DL5YM
in the CQ World Wide RTTY DX contest.  QSL to home calls.

SARDINIA, IS0.  Mihba, S54KM, Goran, S55OO and Marco, S50P will be
QRV as IS0/S50P as a Multi/Single/Low Power entry CQ World Wide RTTY
DX contest.  Activity will be on 80 to 10 meters.  QSL via
operators' instructions.

AMERICAN SAMOA, KH8.  Stan, WS5K is QRV as WS5K/KH8 from Pago Pago
until October 4.  QSL direct via M0URX.

BELGIUM, ON.  Special event call sign ON130CLAES is QRV until
October 31 to commemorate the 130th birthday of Ernest Claes, a
famous Flemish author.  QSL via ON6LC.

SABA, ST. EUSTATIUS, PJ5.  Jeff, NM1Y, Tim, K5AC and Victor, WB0TEV
are QRV as PJ6/home calls from Saba, IOTA NA-145, until September
29.  Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB, and RTTY.  This
includes being active as PJ6A in the CQ World Wide RTTY DX contest.

TUVALU, T2.  Stan, LZ1GC, Lubo, OM5ZW and John, KK7L are QRV as T2GC
from Funafuti Island, IOTA OC-015, until October 4.  Activity is on
160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL via LZ1GC.

MICRONESIA, V6.  Naoki, JS3LSQ will be QRV as V63WJ from Pohnpei,
IOTA OC-010, from September 28 to October 4.  Activity will be on 15
and 10 meters using RTTY.  QSL to home call.

MARSHALL ISLANDS, V7.  Mami, JP3AYQ, Sanny, JJ3CIG, Takio, JH3QFL
and Kay, JH3AZC are QRV as V73YL, V73H, V73A and V73EME,
respectively, from Majuro Island, IOTA OC-029, until September 28.
Activity is holiday style on 40 to 6 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY and
JT65A.  QSL to home calls.

BERMUDA, VP9.  Operators George, K3GP, Laurence, K8UT, Ray, ND8L and
Jamie, WW3S are QRV as VP9/home calls.  They plan to be QRV as VP9I
in the CQ World Wide RTTY DX contest as a Multi/Single/Low Power
entry.  QSL VP9I via WW3S and all others to home calls.

INDONESIA, YB.  Budi, YF1AR will be QRV as YF1AR/0 from Pramuka
Island, IOTA OC-177, on September 26 and 27.  Activity will be on 40
to 10 meters using mainly SSB with some CW and digital modes.  QSL
via N2OO.  In addition, look for Ronald, YB8ROP to be QRV in the CQ
World Wide RTTY DX contest as a Single Op/All Band entry.  QSL
direct to home call.
     
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The CQ Worldwide RTTY DX Contest, NCCC
RTTY Sprint Ladder, NCCC Sprint, Maine QSO Party, Texas QSO Party,
AGCW VHF/UHF Contest, UBA ON 6-Meter Contest, Classic Phone
Exchange, Peanut Power QRP Sprint are all on tap for this weekend.

The 220 MHz Fall Sprint is scheduled for September 29.  The Phone
Fray, CWops Mini-CWT CW Test and UKEICC 80-Meter CW Contest are all
scheduled for September 30.  Please see September QST, page 81 and
