ARRL announced yesterday that Kosovo and the Z60K operation will not count for a separate entity,  in other words no credit for DXCC. This country does not meet all the rules to be a separate entity. The Z6 prefix has not been assigned by the ITU and there are other requirements as well and at present Kososvo does not meet them.

So, if you worked them it counts for Serbia and nothing else.
