This station is operating from Franz Joseph Land, heard tonight on twenty CW 14.040 up two to 2.5khz, nice signal for quite a while, band dropped out and signal went to zero. Time 2300 to about 2330Z. Better luck to all next time. Got this one, could use it on other bands, we will see what happens in the next few days?
