A rare one showed up on twenty meter ssb. Z81d this is Southern Sudan. Look for this one on 14,196 at various times. This is a list operation. The operator takes several calls at once, come back to them one at a time. Once the list is made do not break in, or shoot your call in to attract his attention.
Follow the instructions and you will make a contact. If you do not get on the list right away, continue to make a call on the next list.
