We have a few to list for the short month, so let's see what we have, granted this is not all of the planned operations, these are the most notable.

TL8TT planned operation from 2/1-2/14

3B8HE this one is on the border for being notable, however same dates as listed above.

PY0F 2/3-2/8 this is Fernando De Norohona.

3X  no call listed as of this time 2/5 -2/26.

There are also rumblings from KC0W the station who wants cows all over the world, thing are in the works for 3C abd 3C0 operations, nothing firmed up as of this time, stay tuned.
