DX Report 12/28/12
« on: December 28, 2012, 06:02:39 AM »
Band conditions pretty poor this morning on 40 meters. A few notable stations making it with moderate strength signals.

VP2MRV, this is a limited time expedition, grab this one while you can since activity from Montserrat is sparse at any time.

E51E this expedition also on limited time has an outstanding signal on the bands. Some 40 meter activity and 20, operation seems to be a short time daily, so keep a watch for this. Little activity from this area of the world anytime.

Check DXscape for all details and spots, on both stations times and frequencies vary.

RU9LA big signal on 7.010 khz this morning, Andy is a good operator, looks for N.A. contacts, nice signal and easy to work.

H40FN this operation shows up every year about this time, rather sparse in operation. If you are lucky enough to catch them, go for it. I had hoped for some phone operation from this station, but so far nothing spotted. Grab them if you hear this group, otherwise we may have to wait for an expedition.
