Bands are pretty poor in the last few days, notable stations this morning were TF4M 7.006 1200z pretty good signal from Iceland. There is some activity from Honduras  Np3J/HR2 7.009 1230z and the Maya station 4A0MAYA on 7.010 khz around 1230z.

Nothing much else on the bands due to very poor conditions, a few stations making it from Europe and that is about it this time.

Just when I think nothing on, T6LG on from Afghanistan 14.008 up 1, big signal, 1300 z.
