This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by

MAURITIUS, 3B8.  Jacques, F1BCS is QRV as 3B8/F1BCS until December
14.  Activity is on 20 and 15 meters using SSB, RTTY and PSK.  QSL
to home call.

MAURITANIA, 5T.  A group of operators are QRV as 5T0SP until
December 10.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB and
various digital modes.  QSL via SP6FXY.

TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO, 9Y.  Operator DL7VOG is QRV as 9Y4/DL7VOG from
Tobago, IOTA SA-009, until December 3.  Activity is on 160 to 6
meters using CW and RTTY.  QSL to home call.

MALDIVES, 8Q.  Claudio, HB9OAU is QRV as 8Q7AU until December 11.
Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using SSB.  QSL to home call.

LIBERIA, EL.  Lee, EL2LF has been active on 15 meters using SSB
around 1800z.  QSL via KY7M.

BELGIUM, ON.  Special event stations OR200HC and OP200HC will be QRV
from December 1 to 31 to celebrate the 200th anniversary of Belgian
writer Hendrik Conscience.  QSL OR200HC via ON3AIM and OP200HC via
ON2CYV.

ARUBA, P4.  Tom, K8CX will be QRV as P40CX from December 3 to 10.
Activity will be on all bands.  This includes being active in the
upcoming ARRL 10 Meter contest as a possible Single Op/Mixed
Mode/High Power entry.  QSL to home call.

NETHERLANDS, PA.  Fred, PA0FAW will be QRV as PG100NOM from December
1 to 28 from the De Hoge Veluwe National Park.  Activity will be on
20, 15 and 10 meters using CW, SSB and various digital modes.  QSL
to home call.

BRAZIL, PY.  Special event station ZZ100FC will be QRV from November
30 to December 3 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the
Calcanhar Lighthouse.  Activity will be on the HF bands using CW,
SSB and digital modes.  QSL via PS7YL.

SUDAN, ST.  Mario, CT1FTR is now licensed as ST2FT.  Activity will
generally be on the HF bands using SSB and PSK31.  QSL direct via
CT2BGU.

BENIN, TY.  Patrice, TY2BP has been active on 20 meter using CW
around 1630z.  QSL via IK2IQD.

MICRONESIA, V6.  Haru, JA1XGI plans to be QRV as V63XG from Yap
Island, IOTA OC-012, from December 5 to 12.  Activity will be on 40
to 6 meters, and possibly 160 meters, using mostly CW with some SSB,
digital and JT65.  QSL to home call.

CAMBODIA, XU.  A group of operators will be QRV as XU1A from
December 5 to 17 while here to support a vocational training center
for persons with disabilities.  Activity will be on 160 to 10
meters, and possibly 6 meters, using CW, SSB and digital modes.  QSL
via JH1AJT.

VIET NAM, XV.  Retu, OH4MDY is QRV as XV2RS until December 10.
Activity is on 20 to 6 meters using CW, SSB and digital modes.  QSL
direct to home call.

NICARAGUA, YN.  Scott, K7ZO will be QRV as YN5ZO from December 4 to
10.  Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters using SSB and RTTY.  This
includes being a Single Op/High Power/SSB entry in the upcoming ARRL
10 Meter contest.  QSL to home call.

AUCKLAND AND CAMPBELL ISLANDS, ZL9.  Members of the Hellenic Amateur
Radio of Association of Australia will soon be QRV as ZL9HR from
Campbell Island, IOTA OC-037.  Activity will be on 160 to 6 meters
using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL direct via EB7DX.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL 160-Meter CW Contest, ARRL EME
Contest, QRP CW Fox Hunt, NCCC Sprint, TARA RTTY Melee, Wake-Up. QRP
CW Sprint, TOPS Activity CW Contest, AWA Bruce Kelley Memorial CW
Contest, Ten-Meter RTTY Contest and the SARL Digital Contest are all
scheduled for this upcoming weekend.  The ARS Spartan CW Sprint is
scheduled for December 4.  The QRP CW Fox Hunt is scheduled for
