This morning's report is as follows:
EP3HF 21.265 1730Z this is the first activity I have heard from Iran in a couple of decades. I do have two confirmed contacts on twenty meters but no other bands.
This station publishes on QRZ.com he wants get this, are you ready? $10.00 plus one IRC for his qsl, no I did not stutter on this one. The only address he gives is one in Iran. Nice card posted on the header page of QRZ. but let's face it folks is it worth $10.00? I do not think so, it would be a big advantage for us all if EP3HF had a qsl manager somewhere. My guess is the mail would never arrive and you would be out ten dollars, but paying that in the first place is just plain crazy. Take your chances and if you have the money and IRC to send hope for the best, but my advice is save your money for other qsls.
If you send $10.00 then why the IRC?

KH2L 21.004 2230Z nice signal from Guam.
VR2UW 28.021 0145Z good signal.
