This one is on the air sooner then expected about four days earlier then the web site indicated. Ops are Hispanic be patient and speak slowly. According to their schedule mostly ssb and some CW maybe.
Station has also been heard on ten meters 28.490 1030Z copy was lite. If they are on ten and 15 in the coming days we will try and work them for new band countries.
