According to the latest and greatest news 3C0BYP should be active and we say should be active from February 26- March 8 various modes and bands. Hopefully, this time the phone effort will not be a fiasco like the last operation. For years we have been looking for a phone contact but with no success. If we have good luck with this one and indeed it does appear we will be in the pile up. This is Annobon Island and yes, it counts as a separate entity.
