PY0F 14.001 up 2 2300Z this one is high speed cw, been looking for a contact on twenty for some time and jumped on this one. Station was mostly working Japan. Now and then worked a few stateside ops. I matched his speed and got a contact.
FT5ZM 14.023 up 4 worked at 0300Z. Heard this morning very weak on 15, must have had all of Europe calling, pile up was at least 15 khz wide. Still hoping for a contact on that band, but propagation has not been good.
UPDATE:
WORKED FT5ZM 28.485 up twenty five this morning on ten meters 1400Z.
UPDATE worked FT5ZM on 15 21.023 up 10 1605Z
GD0UOD 14.030 1300Z.

Qsls Received 5J0R and Z81R both contacts on ten meters.
Couple of comments: Last night around 0100Z 7.023 khz was a disgrace to ham radio. It appeared FT5ZM made an appearance, if they never come back to 40 meters after this fiasco I would not blame them at all. I copied FT5ZM for a short time, but then the intentional qrm started with carriers, dits, tune ups, obscene remarks, one person kept sending it over and over. I am amazed at the CB children out there with radios to cover the ham bands. We all have our interests, rag chewing, DXing, award chasing etc. Some of us are major dx hounds and we enjoy the challenge, I for one am one of those dxers.
Thing is an expedition lasts only a few days, in this instance until February 5 of this year. We may not have another opportunity to work this island for many years, my point let some of us have our fun and you take the bands for the rest of the year, or until another expedition.
I am not sure indeed it was FT5ZM on last night since some idiot was sending his call stateside, another signal appeared sounding like the operation, so if it were the operation it was impossible for anyone state side to copy them. Gee, might have been a great catch on 40, but thanks to child like conduct we all lost.
