J28NC 28.038 good one on ten if you can catch this operation on the air.
CE9/UA4WHX this is an IOTA, counts for Chile, word is $$$$$ collector, other then the rare prefix, or if you are into IOTA and need the IOTA number you can pass this one by, or work him and hope to receive a card. Based on the information I have seen, good luck.
