ROTUMA ISLAND, 3D2. Operators 3D2RA, 3D2GC/p and 3D2DD/p are QRV
until October 11. Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB,
RTTY, SSTV and PSK31. QSL 3D2RA via LZ2HM, 3D2GC/p via LZ1GC and
3D2DD/p direct to home call.
SENEGAL, 6V. Luc, F5RAV will be QRV as 6V7T/p from N'gor Island,
IOTA AF-045, during October. Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters
using SSB and PSK. QSL direct to home call.
CROATIA, 9A. Members of the Verona DX Team will be QRV as 9A/IQ3VO
from Dugi Otok, IOTA EU-170, from September 28 to October 1. This
includes being active from the Veli Rat Lighthouse, ARLHS CRO-183.
Activity will be on all HF bands and 6 meters, except 160 meters,
using CW, SSB, RTTY and PSK31. QSL via IQ3VO.
UGANDA, 9X. Nick, G3RWF is QRV as 5X1NH from the University of the
Mountains of the Moon in Fort Portal, Western Uganda and
occasionally from Kampala until November 16. QSL to home call.
TAIWAN, BV. A group of operators will be QRV as BV60V until the end
of 2013 in celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Victory
Broadcasting Company. This includes being a Multi/Multi entry in
the CQ World Wide RTTY DX contest. QSL via operators' instructions.
BOLIVIA, CP. Peter, DF7NX is QRV as CP9/DF7NX until October 15.
Activity is on the HF bands using only CW. QSL to home call.
MADEIRA ISLANDS, CT3. A group of operators will be QRV as CR3A in
the CQ World Wide RTTY DX contest as a Multi Op entry. QSL via
operators' instructions.
SABLE ISLAND, CY0. Operators VE1RGB, AI5P and WA4DAN will be QRV as
CY0P from October 1 to 11. QSL direct via VE1RGB.
ESTONIA, ES. Station ES9C will be QRV as a Multi/Multi entry in the
CQ World Wide RTTY DX contest. QSL via operator's instructions.
AUSTRAL ISLAND, FO. Grant, KZ1W and Rob, N7QT will be QRV as TX5D
from Raivavae Island, IOTA OC-114, from October 2 to 14. Activity
will be on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY and PSK. QSL via
bureau.
JAPAN, JA. Special event station 8J9ECZEN is QRV during October to
celebrate the 10th anniversary of Echizen's Railway. QSL via
bureau.
MARIANA ISLANDS, KH0. Kazuo, JH8PHT plans to be QRV as AH0KT from
Saipan from October 3 to 7. Activity will be on the HF bands and 6
meters using CW, SSB, various digital modes, along with AM and FM on
10 meters. QSL to home call.
LUXEMBOURG, LX. Members of the Radio Club Leuven will be QRV as
LX/OR5M in the CQ World Wide RTTY DX contest. QSL via ON4CP.
FINLAND, OH. Members of the Reila Beachboys will be QRV as OH2ET
and celebrating their 10th anniversary by participating in the CQ
World Wide DX RTTY Contest as a Multi-2 entry. QSL via operator's
instructions.
ICELAND, TF. Mike, W2GEZ, will try to be QRV as TF3IRA the early
part of October. Activity will be on all bands. QSL via operator's
instructions. In addition, look for the Radio Foxes to be QRV as
TF2R as a Multi/Single entry in the CQ World Wide RTTY DX contest.

COTE d'IVOIRE, TU. Dimitri, F5SWB is QRV as TU5DF until October 20.
Activity is on 40 to 10 meters using mostly CW with some SSB. QSL
to home call.
BERMUDA, VP9. Operators K3GP, WW3S and ND8L are QRV as VP9/home
calls until September 30. In addition, they will be QRV as VP9I in
the CQ World Wide RTTY DX contest. QSL VP9I direct via WW3S and all
others to home calls.
NEW ZEALAND, ZL. To commemorate the 90th anniversary of the first
antipodal QSO between Shag Valley, New Zealand and London, England,
special event station ZM90DX will be QRV from October 1, 2013 to
October 31, 2014. Activity will be on all bands and modes. QSL via
M0OXO. In addition, look for ZM1A to be a Multi-2/High Power entry
in the CQ World Wide RTTY DX contest. QSL via operators'
instructions.
CHANGE IN OPERATING SCHEDULE. As reported in DX news ARLD038, the
TN2MS Congo operation is scheduled for October 12 to 24.
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. The ARRL EME Contest, CQ Worldwide RTTY
DX Contest, NCCC RTTY Sprint Ladder, NCCC Sprint, AGCW VHF/UHF
Contest and the Texas QSO Party are all on tap for his upcoming
weekend. The 222 MHz Fall Sprint is scheduled for October 1.
