Bands not to good until later on in the day, did catch N0GM/DU3 21.026 up 1 2240Z nice signal and from the information I have gleaned on his web site this one will count since all the documentation is on file with the league. Not a bad signal, into the states.  Let's hope for better conditions, band is open around 10 Pm local time, at least twenty has some signs of activity. Mostly Russian stations, good signals from UA9 and UA0.
