This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
HA3JB, IZ1JLF, NC1L, QRZ DX, the OPDX Bulletin, 425 DX News, The
Daily DX, DXNL, Contest Corral from QST and the ARRL Contest
Calendar and WA7BNM web sites.  Thanks to all.

MONTENEGRO, 4O.  Gab, HG3IPA will be QRV as 4O/HG3IPA from Budva
from September 23 to 30.  Activity will be on the HF bands using CW,
SSB and RTTY.  He will also be active from Sveti Nikola Island, IOTA
EU-163.  This includes being an entry in the upcoming CQ WW RTTY
contest.  QSL via HA3JB.

SRI LANKA, 4S.  Juergen, DL3JH is QRV as 4S7JG until September 29.
He is active on all HF bands using CW and SSB.  QSL direct to home
call.

UGANDA, 5X.  Nick, G3RWF, will be QRV as 5X1NH from September 24 to
November 16.  Activity will be on the HF bands.  QSL to home call.

ALGERIA, 7X.  Members of the Mediterranean Sea Coast East group are
QRV as 7T9A/p from Srigina Island, IOTA AF-104, until September 21.
They will also be active from its Lighthouse, ARLHS ALG-023.
Activity is on all bands and modes.  QSL via bureau.

TONGA, A3.  Masa, JA0RQV is QRV as A35JP/H from Haapa, IOTA OC-169.
His length of stay is unknown.  Activity is on 80 to 6 meters using
CW and SSB.  QSL to home call.

OMAN, A4.  A group of operators from the Omani Amateur Radio Society
are QRV as A43MI from Masirah Island, IOTA AS-014, until September
24.  Activity is on the HF bands using CW, SSB and various digital
modes.  QSL via A47RS.

NAURU, C2.  Yuki, JH1NBN is QRV as C21BN until September 26.
Activity is on the HF bands using SSB during his free time.  QSL
direct to home call.

REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HL.  Station HL05GDB is QRV during the 5th
Gwangju Design Biennale until November 3.  Activity is on 80 to 6
meters using all modes.  QSL via HL4CEL.

PANAMA, HP.  Special event station HP500OP is QRV until September 30
to commemorates the year 1513 when the Spaniard Vasco Nunez de
Balboa and others became the first Europeans to cross Panama and
discover the Pacific coast.  QSL direct via HP1RCP.

ITALY, I.  Members of the ARI's La Spezia section will be QRV as
IP1T from Tino Island, IOTA EU-083, on September 21 and 22.
Activity will be on the HF bands, including 70 MHz and 2 meters
conditions permitting.  QSL via IZ5JLF.

SVALBARD, JW.  Rene, DL2JRM and Netti, DO6XX are QRV as JW/home
calls until September 23.  Activity is on the HF bands using CW, SSB
and RTTY.  This includes being active in the Scandinavian Activity
CW contest.  QSL to home calls.

BULGARIA, LZ.  Special event station LZ2013HST will be QRV from
September 22 to 26 as part of the World High Speed Telegraphy
Championship in Borovets.  QSL via LZ1BJ.

MARKET REEF, OJ0.  Pasi, OH3WS will be QRV as OJ0W from September 21
to 29 while on work assignment.  Activity will be in his spare time
on 40 to 10 meters using CW.  This includes being an entry in the
Scandinavian Activity CW contest.  QSL to home call.

CONGO (REPUBLIC OF), TN.  Operators PA3A, PD1AEG, PA8AD and PA8AN
will be QRV as TN2MS from September 22 to 27 while part of the 4th
DAGOE Mercy Ships Radio DX-Pedition.  QSL via PA3AWW.

LORD HOWE ISLAND, VK9L.  Tomas, VK2CCC will be QRV as VK9LL from
September 22 to 29.  Activity will be holiday style primarily on 160
and 80 meters and possibly on the higher bands as well.  QSL to home
call.
         
CAMBODIA, XU.  Alex, M6CFW plans to be QRV as XU7AEU with his new
call from September 24 to 28.  Activity will be on 20 and 10 meters,
and possibly other bands as well, using PSK31/63 and other modes,
depending on available time.  QSL to home call.
   
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL 10 GHz and Up Contest, NCCC
RTTY Sprint Ladder, NCCC Sprint, AGB NEMIGA Contest, SARL VHF/UHF
Analogue/Digital Contest, Scandinavian Activity CW Contest, South
Carolina QSO Party, QRP Afield, Feld Hell Sprint, Washington State
Salmon Run, UBA ON 6-Meter Contest and the BARTG Sprint 75 will
certainly keep contesters busy this upcoming weekend.  The 144 MHz
Fall Sprint is scheduled for September 23.  The SKCC CW Sprint and
CWops Mini-CWT Test are scheduled for September 25.  Please see
