I did a little digging on the current status of 5A1A and found out this is the Assaker Radio club in Libya, not an individual op, so if indeed this operation is legal and legit you might be able to catch this one some time if you keep your ears open.
The East coast has heard this station, but very weak signal, of course this could be propagation, or the club, or whom ever is running the station is not running much power, or poor antennas. This operation has been heard 7.004.3 around 0420Z. Some one listed 5A1AL as well, but nothing on QRZ.com for this one...
Take your chances and if indeed 5A1A is legit and not a bootleg operation then qsls go via the address in Germany. Time will tell if indeed this is a good one.
Another good one is 9J2BO 7.015 khz 0330Z, noise and static this time of year makes it rough, but good signal from this station considering the horrid band conditions.
