Bands continue to be poor, but there seems to be some goodies on the bands and if you are in the right place, at the right time you can catch these stations. Yes, I know the static level and summer noise is bad, but listen closely.
BIG signal this morning on 7.180 from VK3MO this fellow was twenty over at my location, he is using a Rhombic antenna, I did not hear how high he had it, but really strong signal. Time was 1030Z.
Another one FO5RH 7.001 0622Z nice signal through the noise.
7Z1HL this one may be a little tough to hear due to the static levels, check 7.012.5 around 130Z, I have heard east coast stations calling and working him, but copy at my location was nil due to static levels that are high this time of year on 40.
