Looks like the bands have taken a big dive and hit bottom, yesterday was pretty bad. However, 7Q7EI is active on various bands last night we were able to copy this operation on 80 meters . Good signal, but cw op only returning to someone about every five minutes, seems like either they were having trouble, or op could not copy code.
In other activity 5Z4/LZ4NM surfaced on 14.207 1820Z not an outstanding signal but workable. We seldom bother with portable stations, lots of times they fail to submit documentation to the ARRL for DXCC credit. With this one wait and see, otherwise for credit it may count for zip.
Only notable operation that was of benefit we did work YO3APJ on 80 meters for a new band country, another notch for DX challenge of 1500 getting closer and closer.
