Usual amount of DX although somewhat limited due to poor bands, we did have some joy last night Z60A was on 80 meters and the signal was good, we snagged this one
on 3.524 up 1.5 at 0416Z. Thus adding a new band country, it was indeed a little joy, and one more down on the quest for 1500.
In other decisions we have decided to put off replacing our six meter beam, judging from band conditions six, ten and 15 are pretty bad these days and no point in getting all excited over a dead band. It may be some years before the bands start to improve and six is usually the last one. I think for now we concentrate on lower bands, add to our DX challenge and be content to pursue it.
