With high magnetic activity, low solar index and low sunspots it does not add up to good propagation.
We do have a few to report, but the number is slim.

H44MS not much operating this year, on now and then 7.192 0710Z
A70X 10.116 0130 no propagation on 40 although heard a few stations on the East coast working him.
ZD7FT very active 21.260 2000Z
We did pick up a new band country P40X on 17 meters, I do not work 17 that much, but now and then I capture a few new band countries.
