There apparently will be three stations operating at various dates from T88
T88GA 12/25- 12/29
T88FY 12/26- 12/29
T8CW 12/26 -1/06
8Q7ND 12/30-1/05 Perhaps this operation will be able to hear North America, last one or two were not much to mention and claimed there was so much interference on the island they could not hear N.A. They had no trouble hearing Europe? However, would not hold your breath on this one either.
The planned Expedition or operation from Marion Island apparently has fizzled, nothing more listed, it was supposed to be going on the 26th of December, but it has been pulled from the planned expeditions listings. Who knows? That is the outlook for the rest of the month, more to come for the first few weeks in January in a few days.
Of course things could change in the last minute, nothing is written in stone, but am passing on the information as I find the latest info on these operations.
