DX Report 12/14/16
« on: December 14, 2016, 04:22:20 AM »
Looking at the current propagation it looks like the solar index dropped to the low 70's that is pretty bad. I tuned the bands last night and nothing on 20, very little on 40/80. Does not appear to be a good day for Dxing.

I have three stations to report:

C50VB 7.004 03210Z, 10.103 0210Z

C5GCJ 18.074 1820Z. These two are burning up the ether despite the poor propagation.

DP1POL this is a German Base at the pole, 10.139 0125. I think this one is Zone 38, but you might check for sure on this one. In any event it does count for the South Pole. Not a lot of activity, but now and then, keep your ears open.
