Contest laden weekend, Sweepstakes and one contest going on from Bulgaria, so not much to report.
On the XZ1A operation, well this seems to the same old story, little to no activity, or if they are operating the hours they are on do not favor North America. Last week, we had an unusual opening, lots of Japanese stations, some from China, yet the XZ and XU operations were never on, evident by the fact that no spots were generated on the clusters.
You recall I told you not to hold your breath about the 8Q7 operation, it never got off the ground, seems it is a repeat story for the last few times someone has attempted to operate from the Maldives.
