These are two stations you should never attempt to qsl direct, mail is no good in either instance. Use their qsl managers instead to find this out look them up on QRZ.com and follow the instructions.
In the past 5A was pretty common when the British had an air field in Libya, this of course is long gone, any operation from Libya is really sparse due to recent conditions and may never be, if you hear 5A1AL it is legit, but the station may only be on for a few contacts.
OD5ZZ do not send any direct mail to Lebanon, it will never arrive, use his qsl manager for state side it is NI5DX.
