DX Report 8/17/16

Only a couple to report:

YB7IRI/2 14.020 1240Z not sure why the /2 but guess that information can be found on QRZ. My guess is an IOTA.

E21ZC 14.005 1210Z Station is stone deaf, lots of callers, comes back to one station now and then. Good luck.
