This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
NC1L, QRZ DX, The Weekly DX, the OPDX Bulletin, 425 DX News, The

Calendar and WA7BNM web sites.  Thanks to all.

SPRATLY ISLANDS.  Members of the Borneo Amateur Radio Club are QRV
as 9M4SLL from Pulau Layang Layang, IOTA AS 051, until March 18.
Activity is on 160 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY with five
stations active.  QSL via M0URX.

ISRAEL, 4X.  Dimitry, UT5UGR is QRV as 4X/UT5UGR until March 18.
This includes being active as 4X0W in the Russian DX contest.  QSL
both calls to home call.

SENEGAL, 6W.  Hans, PB2T will be QRV as 6W/PB2T from March 17 to 21.
QSL to home call.

MALDIVES, 8Q.  Noel, F6BGC will be QRV as 8Q7NC from Rihiveli, South
Male Atoll, IOTA AS-013, from March 19 to 29.  Activity will be
holiday style on 40 to 6 meters using mostly SSB with some CW and
RTTY.  QSL to home call.

THE GAMBIA, C5.  Pedro, ON7WP will be QRV as C5WP from the Kololi
area and also from the inland Buntu village from March 20 to 27.
Activity will be on the HF bands.  QSL direct to home call.

SPAIN, EA.  Members of Team Cartagena will be QRV with special event
call sign EH5SIP from March 17 to 31 to commemorate the 125th
anniversary of the launching of the submarine Isaac Peral.  Activity
will be on the HF bands using SSB, RTTY, SSTV and PSK31.  QSL via
EA5HRD.

IRAN, EP.  Mohsen, EP3SMH has been active on 20 and 15 meters
between 1500 to 1600z using RTTY.  QSL direct to home call.

JERSEY, GJ.  Kazu, M0CFW is QRV as MJ0CFW until March 17.  This
includes entries in the Russian DX and BARTG HF RTTY contests.  QSL
to home call.

TEMOTU PROVINCE, H40.  A group of operators are QRV as H40T from
Nendo Island, IOTA OC-100, until March 23.  Activity is on 160 to 6
meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL via DL7DF.

LITHUANIA, LY.  Special event station LY63S is active during the
month of March in remembrance of the 150th anniversary of the
Polish-Lithuanian uprising against Russia.  QSL via LY3BY.

HUNGARY, HA.  Special event station HG52FC is QRV until May 31
during the 52nd FIRAC Congress event being held in Hungary.
Activity is on the HF bands using CW, SSB and various digital modes.
QSL via HA5BSW.

ECUADOR, HC.  Rick, NE8Z will be QRV as HC1MD from March 21 to April
11.  Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.
QSL via K8LJG.

ARGENTINA, LU.  Members of the Radio Club Ushuaia will be QRV as
LT5X from Isla Redonda, IOTA SA-049, on March 23 and 24.  Activity
will be with three stations on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and
PSK31.  QSL via LU8XW.

TURKEY, TA.  Special event station TC18M will be QRV from March 16
to 18 in remembrance of the Naval Victory of March 18, 1915.  QSL
via bureau.

MARSHALL ISLANDS, V7.  Ted, JF1CCH will be QRV as V73TS from March
21 to 26.  Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters using mostly CW.  QSL
to home call.

CANADA, VE.  David, VE3VID is QRV as VY0/VE3VID from Igloolik
Island, IOTA NA-174, for the next three weeks.  Activity is on the
HF bands using SSB, RTTY, PSK31, Olivia and Feld-Hell.  QSL to home
call.

AUSTRALIA, VK.  Members of the Canberra Region Amateur Radio Club
are QRV as VI100ACT during the 100th anniversary celebration of
Canberra.  QSL via VK1ACA.

ASCENSION ISLAND, ZD8.  Mick, G1EUZ plans to be QRV as ZD8RAF from
March 18 to 22.  Activity will be on the HF bands.  QSL to home
call.

CHATHAM ISLANDS, ZL7.  Jim, ZL1LC is QRV as ZL7LC until March 20.
Activity is on the HF bands using only PSK31.  QSL direct to EB7DX.
   
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The BARTG HF RTTY Contest, North
American SSB Sprint, QRP CW Fox Hunt, NCCC RTTY Sprint, NCCC Sprint,
SARL VHF/UHF Analogue/Digital Contest, Russian DX Contest, Oklahoma
QSO Party, AGCW VHF/UHF CW Contest, Virginia QSO Party, Feld Hell
Sprint and the UBA Spring 2-Meter Contest will certainly keep
contesters busy this upcoming weekend.  The Run for the Bacon QRP CW
Contest and Bucharest Contest are scheduled for March 18.  The CLARA
HF Contest is scheduled for March 19.  The QRP CW Fox Hunt is
