One good one you recall I mentioned 5A1AL this station was on the air and worked many stations on 14.033 at 0250Z I was one of them to work this operation. In days gone by, Libya used to be a pretty common country this was in the early 60's. The British had an air strip in the country and many of those Brits were ham ops. I worked many of them and have several qsl cards for 15 meter phone contacts and that was A.M.
Over the years I have worked this entity on 40/20/15 BTW 5A1AL is high speed CW, I have not seen any phone operation for this one. The signal on 20 was peaking at 579, but down in the noise at times. Good luck on this one, qsl via instructions on QRZ
