This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
QRZ DX, The Daily DX, DXNL, Contest Corral from QST and the ARRL
Contest Calendar and WA7BNM web sites.  Thanks to all.

MAURITIUS, 3B8.  Paul, HB9ARY will be QRV as 3B8CW from January 23
to February 8.  Activity will be holiday style on 80 to 10 meters
using CW and SSB.  QSL direct via NI5DX.

SRI LANKA, 4S.  Peter, DC0KK is QRV as 4S7KKG from Moragalla until
April 3.  Activity is on 20 to 10 meters using mostly RTTY and JT65.
QSL to home call.

TANZANIA, 5H.  Stan, WS5K will be QRV as 5H2SF from Dar Es Salaam
from January 26 to February 10.  QSL via operator's instructions.

TOGO, 5V.  Baldur, DJ6SI, Gabi, DF9TM and Frank, DL2SWW are QRV as
5V7BD, 5V7GD and 5V7FMD, respectively, until January 26.  Activity
is on the HF bands using SSB, CW, and RTTY, respectively.  QSL to
home calls.

TONGA, A3.  Hiro, JA6WFM is QRV as A31MM from Nuku'alofa.  He is
here for about two years.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters.  QSL via
EA5GL.

CHILE, CE.  Special event station XR4SURF is QRV from Pichilemu,
known as the Chilean surfing hotspot, until February 29.  QSL via
bureau.

FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY, DA.  Special event station DL500BIER is
QRV until the end of 2016 to celebrate the Bavarian Purity Law.  QSL
via DJ6SI.

SOUTH COOK ISLANDS, E5.  Roly, ZL1BQD is QRV as E51RJR from
Rarotonga Island, IOTA OC-013, until February 14.  Activity is on 80
to 10 meters using most likely JT65 with some CW.  QSL to home call.

ETHIOPIA, ET.  A group of operators are QRV as ET7L from the INSA
Radio Club in Mekanisa, Addis Ababa.  Activity is in their spare
time.  QSL via US0LW.

GUADELOUPE, FG.  Jean-Pierre, F6ITD is QRV as FG/F6ITD from
Deshaies, IOTA NA-102, until February 2.  Activity is on the HF
bands, and possibly 6 meters, using SSB and digital modes.  During
contests he will be active using TO6D.  QSL direct to home call.

ST. BARTHELEMY, FJ.  Gene, N9SW will be QRV as FJ/N9SW from January
28 to February 9.  Activity will be holiday style on 40 to 6 meters,
and possibly 80 meters, using mainly CW.  QSL to home call.

DOMINICA, J7.  Stig, SM3PHM is QRV as J79M from the village of
Loubiere, IOTA NA-101, until February 3.  Activity is holiday style
on the HF bands using CW.  QSL via SM3PHM.

WAKE ISLAND, KH9.  Randy, WW6RG plans to be QRV as WW6RG/KH9 on
January 22 from 0400 to 0800z.  Activity will be on either 20 or 15
meters, depending on propagation.  QSL direct to home call.
 
NORWAY, LA.  Special event station LA1916FIRE is QRV until the end
of January to honor the memory of all those who fought a devastating
fire in Bergen in the year 1916.  QSL via LA7USA.

LUXEMBOURG, LX.  Members of the Luxembourg Amateur Radio Union are
QRV using special call sign LX95J until June to celebrate the 95th
anniversary of His Royal Highness the Grand Duke Jean of Luxembourg.
Activity is on the HF bands.  QSL via bureau.

GREECE, SV.  Members of the Amateur Radio Team of Aegina Island will
be QRV as SX8KAP from January 22 to February 5 to honor the memory
of Ioannis Kapodistrias, the island's first governor under the
modern Greek state in Aegina Island, IOTA EU-075.  QSL via bureau.

PALAU, T8.  JA9FIO will be QRV as T8AM from the VIP Guest Hotel on
Koror Island, IOTA OC-009, from January 23 to 25.  QSL to home call

ICELAND, TF.  To celebrate the founding of the Icelandic Radio
Amateurs 70 years ago on August 14, 1946, Icelandic amateurs may use
the TF70 prefix during 2016.

SOUTH SANDWICH ISLANDS, VP8.  A large group of operators are QRV as
VP8STI from Southern Thule Island, IOTA AN-009, until January 27.
Activity is on 160 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL via
N2OO.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The BARTG RTTY Sprint, YL-ISSB QSO
Party, NCCC RTTY Sprint, QRP CW Fox Hunt, NCCC Sprint CW Ladder,
Montana QSO Party, UK/EI DX CW Contest and the WAB 1.8 MHz Phone are
all on tap for this upcoming weekend.

The UKEICC 80-Meter CW Contest, QRP CW Fox Hunt, Phone Fray, CWops
Mini-CWT Test and SKCC CW Sprint are all scheduled for January 27.

The ARRL National Parks on the Air event runs during all of 2016 to
mark the 100th anniversary of the National Park Service.
