There has been some controversy about 3W3MD discussed on qrz. com. The reason for the discussion is the signing of the call letters, some have said the call should be 3W3MD/A or what ever the designation is on the license they were issued.
The question has also arisen about gaining credit with the ARRL for DXCC.
Personally, I could less about the / designation and I do believe in the long run it is a mute issue. However, this will be left up to the DXCC advisory committee and not any of us.
There is an old saying: " Work it first, ask questions later" I have to agree, so my advice is work it first and then we can figure out the fine details. If it is accepted as a legit operation, it will be published in the DX Bulletins, so far nothing has emerged and will in all probability nothing will until the next bulletin. Let's see what happens?
