DX Report 2/7/13

Expedition going on 5X8C operating 14.145 up ten. Big signal and easy to work, if you need Uganda go for it and work this expedition. Web site states all bands, but no six meter operation permitted.

I have also noted a few more stations operating from Mongolia JT1AA is often heard and of course JT5AO with very good signals. Mostly cw, on twenty meters and very good signal from JT5AO on 40 as well.

JT5AO heard in the early morning hours around 1100Z, 7.003 or close to it.

JT1AA heard on twenty meters around 0000Z frequency varies, be sure and check DXscape postings.

9K2MU worked again on forty 7.011khz around 2300z really good signal for the distance involved. This station does not apparently send out paper cards, but confirms via Eqsl and LOTW. I received his card via EQSL, but have never received a paper card after two attempts.
