Two to mention one is 4U1WB this is the World Bank located in D.C. Not rare DX, but will count on the prefix WPX award that is if you can ever obtain verification in the form of qsl cards, or Eqsl. I have reports of working this station years ago and no card was ever returned. If you feel you must work it, take your chances with confirmation. My advice, save your money.
Another one is XV2RZ this is not rare DX either, nor is it an Asian station. No, it is a special event station located in Finland. Other then the prefix for those hunting the rare prefixes it is nothing more. I would suspect the Finns are better in their qsl chores then others we have mentioned.
