This station was heard on 40 meters at 7.005 khz 0800 with a good signal.
Originally, what set this off was the listing on QRZ, stated "Black Molly Pirate" as the operator,
Then save your $$$
That was two days ago and the word on the DX sights was this was a Pirate.
Apparently, someone playing games, listing on QRZ listed a German station as qsl manager.
Take your chances, it appears legit, so go for it
